Written Composition (6 Semester Hours--SH)
You must complete a two-course sequence in Written Composition:

ENG 101 English Composition I 3 credit hours
ENG 102 English Composition II 3 credit hours

AREA II · HUMANITIES & FINE ARTS (Complete 12 SH)

Literature (Complete 3–9 Semster Hours--SH)
NOTE: Of the 12 credit hours required under Area II, you must complete a 6 SH sequence in either literature (AREA II) or history (AREA IV).  If you opt for History, select your remaining 9 credits from the Art and Humanities electives below. You must complete at least a 3 SH course in literature from the approved list below:
