The Customer Service Professionals (CSP) Program, an eight-week workforce development course, is designed to prepare participants for success in customer-facing roles across various industries.
Developed in partnership with leading organizations, including Alabama Power, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama, Protective Life, Regions, Rx Benefits and Spire, the program offers a comprehensive curriculum focused on:
