How to Submit a Maintenance Request

Submitting a Maintenance Request is as easy as 1-2-3Lawson State uses a cloud based system to process all request called “Maintenance Direct.”

New Users--Follow These Steps to Submit a Maintenance Request:

Step 1:
 
Click on the Maintenance Request button below to request service.
 
Step 2:  Locate and click on the "Never Submitted a Request. Register Here! link (which appears in the middle of the page).
Step 3:  Complete the information requested on the form and set up your maintenance request account.
Step 4:  After this information is submitted, you will be logged into the system and will be able to follow the step-by-step directions (highlighted in the videos) to complete your maintenance work request. 

Existing Requesters (e.g., have previously submitted work orders) have a default password assigned to their email address, and will be prompted to update the password the first time they log in. 


Returning Users...Follow These Steps to Submit a Maintenance Request:

Step 1:  Click on the Maintenance Request button below to request service.
 
Step 2a (Know Your Password):  Enter your email address and Password.  If you have forgotten your password, follow Step 2b
Step 2b (Have Forgotten Your Password):   Select "Forgot Password" at the top of the page.
--Enter your email address and select Submit.
--The screen will now say “Your email is on the way! Check your email for instructions on how to reset your password.” (The email could go to your spam folder, so if you don’t see it, check there.)
--Open that email and click on the link it provides. Enter a password, confirm the password and select Reset Password.
--Go back to your original screen and enter your email address and your password and select Sign In.
It will now take you to the screen you are accustomed to seeing and you may enter new requests in the same manner as always.

Step 3
:
  After this information is submitted, you will be logged into the system and will be able to follow the step-by-step directions (highlighted in the video above) to complete an submit our maintenance work request.

Having trouble as an existing user? Try clearing your cookies, or Open up the Attached directions if you are need of more structure help.
