Art, Biology, Chemistry, Child Development, Criminal Justice, *Developmental English, *Developmental Reading, *Developmental Math, English/Writing, English/Literature, History, Humanities, French, Foreign Language, Music, Nursing, Physical Education, Physical Science, Psychology, Public Speaking, Speech, Spanish, Sociology and Social Work

Degree Requirements: Masters degree in the exact field or a Masters degree with at least 18 hours in field (pure discipline classes).
*Degree Requirements: Bachelors degree in the field of study.
Experience: Must have at least 2 years of teaching experience on either the secondary or post-secondary level.  Or, have at least 10 years in field experience, if no teaching experience has been noted.

Part-Time (Adjunct) Instructor Positions:

Dual Enrollment Adjunct Instructor

Required Qualifications:

(i.e., Biology, Chemistry, English, History, Math, Psychology, etc.) – Must have a Master’s degree with eighteen (18) graduate hours from a regionally accredited institution in the teaching field required.  Teaching experience preferred on a secondary or post-secondary level.


(i.e., Drafting, Electronics, etc.) – Must have an Associate’s degree from a regionally accredited institution, a major in the assigned teaching area, and three (3) years of successful full-time experience as a practitioner in the teaching field required.  Some fields may require current certifications. Teaching experience preferred on a secondary or post-secondary level.


(i.e., Auto Body Repair, Automotive Technology, Carpentry, Cosmetology, Welding, etc.) - You must have an Associate’s degree or equivalent from a regionally accredited institution. Equivalency with at least sixty (60) semester hours in a planned program including an associate’s degree core, specialized coursework equivalent to the community college program, and a minimum of three (3) years of successful full-time experience as a practitioner in the occupational field for entry level placement (Level 0) or six (6) years of successful full-time experience as a practitioner in the occupational field for advanced placement (Level 1-4) required.  Teaching experience preferred on a secondary or post-secondary level.
