Narrative:

The Alabama State Board of Education (Policy 712.01) stipulates the parameters for the length of all community college programs within the Alabama Community College System. The college offers degree programs (Degree Offering) in the following areas: The Associate in Arts (English Sample) and the Associate in Science Degree programs (Pre-Pharmacy Sample)‎ require a minimum of 60 and a maximum of 64 semester credit hours. The Associate in Applied Science (Early Childhood Development Sample) and the Associate in Occupational Technology (Commercial Art Sample) degree programs require a minimum of 60 and a maximum of 76 credit hours. Certificate programs (Barbering Sample) have a minimum of 30 and a maximum of 60 semester credit hours. Short-term certificate programs (Air Conditioning Refrigeration Sample) have a minimum of 9 and a maximum of 29 semester credit hours.
