Narrative:
Lawson
State Community College has developed an organizational structure that clearly
delineates the responsibility for the administration of its educational
programs and services. The
organizational structure of the College is two major divisions: Instructional
Services Division and Administrative and Student Services Division
(Instructional
Org. Chart) (Administrative
and Student Services Org. Chart). The organizational charts for the College are
published on the college’s home page, in the Faculty/Staff Handbook and
on the College’s intranet. The
organizational structure is distributed and/or discussed annually to faculty
and staff (See Faculty Meeting Minutes, January 5, 2009).
The organizational structure clearly delineates responsibility for the
administration of policies and describes the administrative structure of the
College.
